Do I need parental permission?
Attendees under the age of 18 attending Con of Thrones without a registered parent or legal guardian must bring a signed and notarized permission form when they check in. The form can be downloaded here. Children under five may attend for free with a registered parent or guardian.
What do I need to check-in?
You will need to present a mobile ticket or printed copy of your order confirmation when you arrive on-site. We will scan your confirmation and exchange it for a convention badge which must be worn at all times during the event. The badge will allow you to come and go as you please throughout the weekend without checking in again.
Please do not share your confirmation email with others, as it will allow them to check-in and receive your badge. Con of Thrones is not responsible in the event that a confirmation email has been shared with an unauthorized party.
Are there ID requirements?
No ID is required to purchase a ticket, however, if you are interested in purchasing alcohol at the event, you must present a government-issued photo ID verifying that you are over 21.
Is it possible to change or cancel my ticket?
All sales are final. However, tickets may be transferred to another person or upgraded. Please note that while tickets can be transferred, if you purchase from another source, you risk buying a counterfeit or invalid ticket. Con of Thrones is not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial sources. Tickets may only be upgraded if the new ticket type is still available for purchase.
